Under no circumstances does the storage itself or data storage longer than the period of the event take place without your consent. This ensures that you are always informed about the duration of your personal data storage and use. In order to complete the PAXIDO® registration form, you must complete the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). The form also contains the submission of consent to store your information, this requires to box being clicked. Clicking on this check box must be actively carried out by the user. The filling in of all fields not marked with an asterisk (*) is voluntary.

SHARING, DISCLOSURE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

This event website is an entity of the software PAXIDO®, a product of Paul events GmbH. Paul events carries out the collection, processing and transmission of personal data as part of order data processing and invoicing.

In addition, Paul events will generally not disclose to third parties the data you have stored when you visit the website or the data you submit via the PAXIDO® Online Form, unless you have explicitly consented to such disclosure. A transfer of the data to third parties outside the company organization will only take place if we are obliged to do so by applicable legal regulations.

Only our professionals who require the information to perform a specific task will have access to personal information. These employees are trained in security and privacy practices and treat your information confidentially.

The transmission of personal data as part of our participant management system PAXIDO® is encrypted using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer („SSL“) technology.

If you contact us via email outside the participant management system PAXIDO®, the security and confidentiality of your data can not be guaranteed to the same extent.

DELETION OR BLOCKING OF DATA

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Therefore, we store personal data only as long as it is necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes or as provided for by the statutory retention periods. Should this purpose be omitted the data is deleted.
