All members are entitled to attend the conference.
Guests contacted during the course of a mailing campaign, and IBM employees will also be entitled to attend.
Upon submission of the binding registration, the participant declares acceptance of the conditions of attendance and general terms and conditions of the hotel.
Attendance of the conference is only possible if the conference office has received the online registration and the conference fee before the event begins.

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
No hotel rooms will be guaranteed for enrolments after 23.12.2022.
An invoice will be sent by email after 01.03.2023 and once your enrolment is processed. You will find payment information in the invoice.
There is also the possibility to pay by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX) via PayPal or by PayPal directly. The fees for payments with PayPal are 2.99% of the gross amount + €0.39 fixed fee.
Substitution needs to be confirmed in written form (e-mail), identifying the name of the delegate and of the substitute.
Cancellation must be sent in written form to the German GSE office (ppfalzgraf@paulevents.com). After 06.01.2023 the full conference fee will be charged.
